From Las Cruces

On Highway 70 traveling east, exit at Sonoma Ranch Blvd. From the Sonoma Ranch Blvd. stop light continue east on the Bataan Memorial frontage road for a distance of 1.1 miles. The La Bajada Drive entrance to MESA GRANDE ESTATES is on the right.

From Alamogordo

On Highway 70 traveling west, exit at Mesa Grande Drive. At the Mesa Grande Drive stop light turn immediately left and continue south a distance of about two City blocks. Mesa Grande Drive temporarily dead ends. Turn right and continue an additional two or three City blocks before you reach MESA GRANDE ESTATES.
